- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently saw Dr. Neal at the Lago Vista location. The medical care received here can only be described as inadequate. I told her my symptoms and informed her that I often get sinus infections. She did no physical check up. Did not look at my throat, nose, anything. "It is probably a virus, here is a pill for your cough." Thus aforementioned pill did nothing for my cough and I ended up having to seek PROPER medical attention elsewhere. (Where I was diagnosed with having a SEVERE sinus infection, after proper medical workup.) Save your money and drive somewhere else.October 31, 2017by Hilary Cook
